مكتب الحاج شاهين للمحاماة ومجموعة الياقوت والفوزان القانونية يوقعان على اتفاقية تعاون استراتيجية
أعلن المكتب اللبناني الحاج شاهين للمحاماة ومجموعة الياقوت والفوزان القانونية الكويتية عن توقيع اتفاقية تعاون استراتيجية بينهما بهدف إلى توفير خدمات قانونية في المنطقة والتوسع على المستوى الاقليمي.
وتهدف هذه الاتفاقية الى تبادل المعرفة والخبرات بين المكتبين وتطوير استراتيجيات جديدة، حيث من المتوقع ان يستفيد الموكلين من هذا التعاون من خلال تقديم الدعم القانوني بالمستوى العالمي في مجالات قانونية مختلفة ومتعددة بما في ذلك الشؤون التجارية والمالية والقانون العقاري وحقوق الملكية الفكرية وغيرها.
صرّح البروفسور نجيب الحاج شاهين الشريك الاداري لمكتب الحاج شاهين للمحاماة عن أهمية الاتفاقية في التوسع في منطقة الخليج العربي وتقديم دعم قانوني عابرا للحدود فيما يخص التشريعات والاسواق الكويتية، كما تعكس هذه الاتفاقية اهمية التبادل التجاري بين الكويت ولبنان والاستثمار في مجالات عديده مثل المصارف والعقارات والصناعات الغذائية والطاقة والبنية التحتية والسياحة.
وعبّر الشريك المدير لمجموعة الياقوت والفوزان القانونية المحامي خليفة الياقوت عن سعادته بتوقيع هذه الاتفاقية مؤكدا انها تعد جزءا من رؤية المجموعة في التوسع اقليميا من خلال التعاون والشراكة مع الشركات المحلية المعروفة بتقديم الدعم القانوني بالمعايير والجودة العالمية مثل مكتب الحاج شاهين للمحاماة والتي من شانها تعزيز مصالح عملاء المجموعة استراتيجيا من خلال تعاون المكتبين عبر عدة اختصاصات قضائية.
Hage-Chahine Law Firm and Al-Yaqout and Al-Fouzan Legal Group sign a strategic Memorandum of Understanding
Lebanese Law Firm Hage-Chahine and Kuwaiti Law Firm Al-Yaqout and Al-Fouzan Legal Group have announced the signing of a strategic memorandum of understanding which aims at enhancing the capabilities of firms to provide integrated legal services to their clients in the region and expand on a regional level.
The aim of this MOU is to exchange knowledge and expertise between the two firms and develop new strategies that enhance the quality of legal services provided to clients. It is expected that clients will benefit from this collaboration by receiving world-class legal support in various legal areas, including commercial and financial matters, real estate law, intellectual property rights, and more.
Prof. Najib Hage-Chahine, the Managing Partner of Hage-Chahine Law Firm, also emphasized the importance of the agreement in expanding into the Gulf region and providing cross-border legal support to clients regarding Kuwaiti legislation and markets. This agreement also reflects the significance of trade exchange between Kuwait and Lebanon and investment in various sectors such as banking, real estate, food industries, energy, infrastructure, and tourism.
