نبّه السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد (مدير الوكالة ورئيس بعثة المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان إلى الأمم المتحدة في جنيف) أننا اليوم أمام إسقاط كلي لمعظم الاتفاقات التي عقدتها روسيا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية دولياً، وهذا ما سينعكس سلباً على دول الجوار. كما أن الاتفاق المستجد نتيجة تدخلات لبعض الدول النافذة أوصلت إلى تفاهم طبيعي ميداني بين قسد وهيئة تحرير الشام المعروفة بجبهة النصرة، نتيجة التضارب بالبرنامج مع تركيا نتيجة تقارب قبل الانتخابات الرئاسية التركية مع دمشق والذي أثار حفيظة أميركا، خصوصاً أن الاتفاق النووي وتحديدا التفاهم الإيراني الأميركي لم يجد طريقه للنهائيات بعد، سيكون هناك إعادة هيكلة، بحسب المصادر التي تصلنا، للمجموعات التنظيمية السابقة على أن يكون الدور الأساسي للعنصر والمكوّن العربي لمواجهة ما يُعرف بالمشروع الفارسي في الظاهر وخلط كل الاوراق الميدانية التي تفضي إلى تعطيل كل الممرات العسكرية لإيران بين العراق وسورية، وتصفية حسابات أميركية روسية في الباطن نتيجة تأزيم الوضع على الناتو والحلفاء في أوكرانيا والتي لم تجد بعد إحراز خرق ملموس ضد الروس في الميدان برغم كل الدعم العالي الجودة التي يتلقاها الجيش الايراني من معدات وخبراء متخصصين.
وعليه ما نخشاه العودة للمربع الاولى وتنفيذ أميركا إعادة تشكيل هيكلية القوى في شرق سوريا مع تلاحمها مع قوى الشمال، مما ينذر بعودة الفوضى الكاملة في المنطقة وبالتالي تصبح كل التفاهمات العربية-العربية في مهبّ الريح، وبالتالي تنشط المجموعات ليس فقط في سوريا وانما في دول الجوار كما هو مخطط له من الأطراف المعنية في تقسيم الشرق الأوسط بعد انتهاء مفعول “سايكس-بيكو”.
