تعيين السفير أبو سعيد “رئيس الاعلى للشؤون الخارجية” / Appointment of Amb. Bou-Said as “High Representative Chief for Foreign Affairs” / Nomination de l’ambassadeur Bou Said au poste de “Chef du Haut Représentant pour les Affaires étrangères
قرر المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان تكليف وتعيين السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد المسؤول الاعلى للشؤون الخارجية لها بالإضافة إلى صفته كرئيس بعثتها الى الأمم المتحدة في جنيف.
وأشار المجلس أن الدكتور ابو سعيد سيبدأ مهامه في أواخر هذا الشهر، والتي تستوجب تشكيل الهيئة العامة للشؤون الخارجية والتي تتيح لمدراء ومبعوثي الخاصين لها الانضمام إلى هذا السلك.
كما أعلن المجلس قيام هيئة رئاسية استشارية له والذي سيضم عدد من المسؤولين السابقين والحاليين فيها بغية تفعيل العمل على المستوى الدولي.

The International Council for Human Rights decided to assign and appoint Ambassador Dr. Haitham Abu Saeed as the High Representative for its Foreign Affairs, in addition to his capacity as head of its mission to the United Nations in Geneva.
The Council indicated that Dr. Abu Saeed will start his duties at the end of this month, which necessitates the formation of the General Authority for Foreign Affairs, which allows its directors and special envoys to join this corps.
The Council also announced the establishment of a presidential advisory body for it, which will include a number of former and current officials in order to activate work at the international level.

Le Conseil international des droits de l’homme a décidé d’affecter et de nommer l’Ambassadeur Dr. Haitham Abu Saeed comme son Chef du Haut Représentant pour les Affaires étrangères, en plus de sa qualité de chef de sa mission auprès des Nations Unies à Genève.
Le Conseil a indiqué que le Dr Abu Saeed entrera en fonction à la fin de ce mois, ce qui nécessite la formation de l’Autorité générale des affaires étrangères, qui permet à ses directeurs et envoyés spéciaux de rejoindre ce corps.
Le Conseil a également annoncé la création d’un organe consultatif présidentiel pour lui, qui comprendra un certain nombre d’anciens et d’actuels fonctionnaires afin d’activer le travail au niveau international.
