كبير الإداريين لمجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان إلى الأمم المتحدة في جنيف (معتمدة من الأمم المتحدة إيكوسوك بصفة خاصة) السفير الدكتور هيثم بو سعيد شارك اليوم في شبكة الأمم المتحدة للهجرة وأكد في كلمته التي ألقاها باسم المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان وبصفة مستشار وزير المهجرين في لبنان الدكتور عصام شرف الدين،
أن الهجرة والنزوح من أبرز القضايا ملامح مجتمعات الشرق الأوسط عبر التاريخ، منذ تأسيس الدولة وحتى اليوم. شهد الشرق الأوسط موجات هجرة كبيرة رافقت المراحل المحورية التي عاشها، ورسخت مفاهيم وحقائق لا تزال تنعكس في صورته العامة، خاصة على مستوى علاقة الوطن الأم بمهاجريه واعتماده عليهم كرافعة مالية له. البلد.
وأكد الدكتور بو سعيد في شرحه التفصيلي على متابعة المهاجرين خاصة بعد الأوضاع المستمرة في سوريا والعراق واليمن وفلسطين والتي تشكل عبئا كبيرا على لبنان حيث بدأوا الهجرة.
وفي نهاية كلمتها قامت السيدة مونامي موليك رئيسة شبكة الأمم المتحدة للهجرة خلال الجلسة بتمديد الدكتور بو سعيد للمشاركة في المشاورة الخاصة حول الشرق الأوسط 1 نوفمبر 2023.

Dr. Haïssam BOU-SAID participates today at the UN Network on Migration and assured in his statement delivered on behalf of IHR as well as Advisor to the Minister of Displaced in Lebanon Dr. Issam Charafeddine, that Immigration and displacement are one of the most prominent features of Middle East societies throughout history, from the founding of the state until today. Middle East witnessed large waves of immigration that accompanied the pivotal stages it experienced and established concepts and facts that are still reflected in its general image, especially at the level of the mother country’s relationship with its immigrants and its dependence on them as a financial lever for the country.
Dr. BOU-SAID assured In his detailed explanation to follow migrants especially after the ongoing situation in Syria, Iraq, Yémen and Palestine which is creating a huge weight on Lebanon and where they started migrating.
At the end of his speech, Mrs Monami Maulik chair on United Nations Network on Migration during the session extended Dr BOU-SAID to participate on the Special Consultation on the Middle East November 1, 2023
